Elysium Healthcare is a leading provider of mental health services, seeking an experienced Senior Clinician to join our team at Field House in Alfreton. As a Clinical Manager or existing Hospital Director with a wealth of experience in mental health, you will have the opportunity to build and shape the clinical leadership team, positively impact service delivery, and drive excellence in care.

About the Role
  • As a Senior Clinician Lead, you will support the Hospital Director in leading the service, managing clinical and non-clinical teams, and being responsible for Quality and Compliance.
  • You will have previous experience of project management, managing Clinical and Operational functions of the hospital, and deputising for the Hospital Director at internal and external meetings.
  • Reporting to the Hospital Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of the service, supporting the development and provision of a high-quality and bespoke pathway of care for service users.

To be successful as a Senior Clinician Lead, you will need:

  • A relevant Clinical qualification and professional registration, such as Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Multiple years of Senior management experience in a Mental Health setting.
  • Evidence of management/leadership training and a willingness to complete our internal leadership training.
  • Awareness of the wider Healthcare economy and political environment.
  • Ability to oversee and deliver site projects.
  • Experience in a mental health setting, knowledge of regulatory processes, and the CQC.
