About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Lift Repair Engineer to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators and escalators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevators and escalators
- Use technical expertise to read drawings and diagrams
- Problem-solve and find effective solutions to complex issues
- Liaise with customers and build strong relationships
- Work on a variety of projects, including contractual repairs and quoted work
Requirements:
- Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, J-Module or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of lift engineering principles and practices
- Experience working with escalators (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license
