HMH is seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Technical Clerk / Administrator at our office in Kintore, Aberdeenshire. This is a contract position initially.

You will be responsible for:

■ Uploading documents to the document repository/DMS and clearing any backlogs.

■ Locating legacy manufacturing documents and supplying material certificates to vendors for databook compilation.

■ Carrying out trace verification to ensure compliance with industry standards.

■ Reporting discrepancies to engineering and supporting QMS maintenance by revising procedures.

■ Supporting the development and maintenance of the Local Business Management System (BMS).

■ Ensuring compliance with HSSE Plan, Quality Plan, and related project requirements.

■ Assisting customers with requests for previous documentation.

■ Liaising with vendor quality teams to ensure first-pass databooks.

■ Resolving complex Third-Party queries and delivering fully compliant databooks on time.

■ Driving continuous improvement methodologies and identifying defective documentation for corrective actions.

■ Supporting all elements of the quality program and driving overall quality in manufacturing and service.
