Job Summary

The University of Leeds is seeking an experienced medical statistician to join the Clinical Trials Research Unit within the Leeds Institute of Clinical Trials Research (LICTR). As a Senior Medical Statistician, you will work on national and international randomised and early phase clinical trials in various clinical fields, contributing to improved care pathways and patient outcomes.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will design and conduct trials to answer questions of real importance, collaborating with a large group of statisticians and researchers. Your expertise will help develop and support novel and efficient trials to change clinical practice for the better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct clinical trials in various clinical fields
  • Collaborate with statisticians and researchers to develop and support novel trials
  • Contribute to the development of improved care pathways and patient outcomes
  • Work on national and international randomised and early phase clinical trials

Working Arrangements

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
