We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Vet Surgeon to lead our team at a first opinion small animal practice in Staffordshire, West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of veterinary professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and client service.
- Develop and implement surgical and medical strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide support for complex cases.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary knowledge and best practices through ongoing professional development and training.
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
- Proven experience in leading and managing veterinary teams.
- Strong surgical and medical skills, with a focus on complicated cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
