We are seeking a skilled and caring Companion to join our team, providing exceptional support to clients in the Cheltenham area.

Estimated Salary: £24,000 per annum (based on 20 hours/week at £12/hour)

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients and their families. A clean driver's licence and car insurance for business use are also essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote well-being and happiness.
  2. Assist clients with daily tasks, such as light housekeeping and personal care, while maintaining dignity and respect.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support.
