About the Position:

Caterpillar is searching for an experienced Risk and Compliance Division Lead to join our Building Construction Products Division (BCP). This role will oversee compliance activities, drive a compliance culture, and ensure the enterprise operates with integrity.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement compliance programs, providing guidance to management on matters relating to compliance.
  2. Identify and address relevant compliance issues within the organization, focusing on policy adherence and potential vulnerabilities.
  3. Establish policies and procedures for the division's compliance program, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Lead the development of strategies to mitigate compliance risks.

Requirements:

  • Finance/Business or other relevant degree and/or significant experience in compliance and risk management.
  • Strong business ethics and strategic thinking skills, with knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking to diverse situations, identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
  • Knowledge of audit and compliance functions, with experience in managing such functions.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of £84,500-£100,000 depending on experience.
  • Benefits package including 27 days annual leave + bank holidays, up to 31% annual bonus, £650 monthly car allowance, Flexible Buy-in Benefits, Share Scheme, Contributory Pension Scheme, Free Car Parking.
