Key Responsibilities:

  • You will act as an advisor and collaborate with product groups, design control and operations to ensure the development, validation and production of product that meets applicable product regulatory requirements.
  • You will understand and stay current on product regulatory requirements, and related technology requirements, and understand application of same to Caterpillar products.
  • You will coordinate 3rd party testing activities with external test suppliers.
  • You will complete and produce required technical compliance documentation for product market access globally.
  • You will follow and utilize established processes and tools to collect, assess, and manage information in support of product certification and compliance.
  • You will identify continuous improvement opportunities for processes and tools used to manage product regulatory compliance risks.
  • You will represent Caterpillar in various regional industry association technical committees as required.
