The ideal candidate will have experience of working with software applications, including Microsoft Office, and be able to organise and prioritise their workload with minimum supervision. They will also possess a positive and flexible approach to team working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete tenancy checks and update the national database in accordance with the requirements of the Audit Commission tenancy fraud initiative.
  • Create rent and sundry accounts within the housing management IT software to ensure payments can be processed.
  • Be proactive in the prevention and control of former tenants' arrears by taking prompt recovery action in line with our policies and procedures.
