Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Contract Coordinator, working in the field of substance misuse. As a key member of our Derbyshire Recovery Partnership, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with lived experience gain additional skills, experience, and qualifications.

About the Role

This full-time and permanent contract position involves working across the Derbyshire county, with expenses claimed for mileage from your nearest office base. The role requires 5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Job Responsibilities
  • To upskill and support individuals to transition into employment and/or volunteering opportunities within the field of substance misuse.
  • To work closely with clients to identify their training needs and create personalized development plans.
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £24,250, with potential yearly increments subject to appraisal, reaching up to £28,000 (pro rata).
  • 25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays (increasing each year to a maximum of 30 days) (pro rata).
