Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Aberdeen, UK. As an Account Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our success by owning key accounts from the Oil and Gas sector, as well as Marine, Renewable, and Power sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong connections with existing and potential clients, understanding their unique challenges and collaborating to create bespoke solutions that meet their needs.
  • Carry out in-depth research within your region to uncover new sales leads, particularly for electric rotating machinery maintenance, including generators, motors, and transformers.
  • Offer support and guidance to customers, showcasing Sulzer's innovative products and services to address complex engineering problems.
  • Pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in technical sales with a deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Extensive knowledge of electric rotating machinery, including motors, generators, and transformers.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Residence within the North of Scotland is preferred.
  • A Full UK Driver's Licence and willingness to travel within your assigned area.
