We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Staff Nurse to join our team at Willing Care, a leading provider of specialist respiratory care services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert clinical care to patients with respiratory conditions
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conducting regular patient assessments and evaluations
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
  • An active NMC PIN
  • Experience working in a respiratory setting or ICU/HDU environment
  • A Critical Care Course or Advanced Respiratory High Dependency Course
  • A clear DBS
