Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Strive Supply Chain. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving existing relationships across top-tier accounts to maintain those relationships, maximize current order potential, and develop further business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales development and key account management.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
