Business Development Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Clearwater People Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, attending client meetings and site visits, and managing leads and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Products and Services: Develop and implement effective strategies to promote our products and services to clients and prospects.
  • Client Meetings and Site Visits: Attend client meetings and site visits to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead and Prospect Management: Manage the lead and prospect pipeline, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
  • Networking and Social Media: Attend networking events and utilize social media tools to raise brand awareness and attract new clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the lead and prospect pipeline for UK sales, working closely with the marketing department to ensure effective lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Proven Business Development Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Construction or Utilities Experience: Previous experience in construction or utilities is essential, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Commercial Experience: Strong commercial experience, with a focus on sales growth and business development.
  • Travel and Communication: Comfortable traveling to client visits and events, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
