About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a senior neonatal nurse to take the next steps in their career. You will be working on a Level 3 Bliss accredited tertiary neonatal intensive care unit, providing comprehensive, compassionate, individualized care and support to our babies and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality patient care to neonates with complex medical conditions
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our babies
- Developing and implementing policies and guidelines to improve patient care
- Participating in education and research activities to enhance neonatal care
- Current RN registration with NMC and relevant post-registration qualifications
- BSc Degree in a relevant field
- Teaching qualification and experience
As a member of our team, you will have access to extended role development in retrieval and neonatal life support, rotational opportunities in Neonatal Outreach, Family Integrated and developmental care, Infant feeding, Education, and Research teams.
