Practice Area Senior Coordinator

As a Practice Area Senior Coordinator at Boston Consulting Group, you will play a vital role in driving defined, large, or complex Practice Area activities or processes with minimal guidance. This will involve supporting the management of practice initiatives, interacting with Practice Area leadership globally and regionally, and working closely with the Business Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive defined Practice Area activities or processes with minimal guidance
- Support the management of practice initiatives

Requirements
- 4-6+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Solid analytical skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
About the Team
Practice Area Management & Operations team members keep BCG's industry and functional practice areas operating responsively and efficiently. As a member of this team, you will contribute directly to the success of our business through a number of roles, including content development, process management, marketing, meeting and conference management, and internal/external communications.
