Job Title: Training Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Instructor to join our team in Cumbernauld, Scotland.

As a key member of our Training department, you will be responsible for delivering plant equipment-based courses, including Forklift, MEWP, and Overhead Crane, to our internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop new training materials and content.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to trainees as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a training or instructional role.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety principles and protocols.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fully qualified driving license and willingness to travel.
