We are seeking a skilled Health Advisor to join our team at Bupa Clinics. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers' health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality health assessments to customers, providing expert guidance and support to promote healthy lifestyles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualized lifestyle action plans, utilizing motivational interviewing techniques to empower customers to make positive changes.
- Conduct clinical testing, including body composition analysis, spirometry, and other assessments, to inform customer health plans.
- Provide post-assessment support and coaching to customers, helping them to achieve their health goals.
- Education to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology, sports science, or nutrition.
- Proven customer-facing experience, with a strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
- Experience in performing measurements or assessments in a health and fitness or medical environment is desirable.
- Accuracy in information recording and working within clinical guidelines is essential.
