About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Amber Mace in Bournemouth. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide High-Quality Care: Deliver outstanding care to residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.
  2. Lead the Care Team: Foster positive relationships with colleagues and promote teamwork to achieve exceptional care standards.
  3. Maintain CQC Standards: Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of CQC requirements.
  4. Manage Electronic Records: Update electronic care planning systems to ensure accurate and effective care records.
  5. Communicate Effectively: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with residents, families, and colleagues.
