About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our busy lettings department at our West Bromwich Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with current legislation, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for landlords, handling enquiries and queries, and providing advice and assistance.
  • Ensuring landlords comply with current and relevant legislation.
  • Effectively handling all queries and any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining compliant processes and procedures in line with legislation.
  • Identifying and developing new methods to improve processes and procedures.
  • Conducting regular property inspections and inventories.
  • Managing payments to landlords for the portfolio.
  • Ensuring the department offers first-class customer service at all times.
Key Skills and Characteristics
  • Minimum of 2 years property management experience.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of property management.
  • Ability to manage and motivate others to achieve targets and deadlines.
  • Confident, professional communicator with landlords and tenants at all levels.
  • Well-organized with a thorough approach to all processes and procedures.
  • High levels of accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
  • Full understanding of adhering to compliance and Government legislation.
  • Handling any issues and complaints in a prompt and efficient conclusion.
