**Job Summary:**

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Contracts Manager to lead our Pavement Delivery Framework project of works in Areas 7 & 9. As Project Delivery Director, you will be responsible for managing projects across these areas to ensure the successful and continued delivery of the framework.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop effective delivery strategies and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to optimize sustainable financial contribution within set targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety and business policies and procedures, fostering a culture of accountability and responsibility.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience in project management.
  • Management Qualification (ILM / NEBS / NVQ4) is essential.
  • CSCS Qualification and SMSTS qualification are mandatory.
  • NEBOSH certification is desirable.

**Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, plus bonus scheme, enhanced holiday entitlement, contributory pension scheme, and access to industry-leading rewards, incentives, and benefits.
