**Job Description:**

As Pavement Framework Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the delivery of our Pavement Delivery Framework project in Areas 7 & 9. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate projects across Areas 7 & 9, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop effective delivery strategies, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to optimize sustainable financial contribution within set targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety and business policies and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience in project coordination.
  • Management Qualification (ILM / NEBS / NVQ4) is essential.
  • CSCS Qualification and SMSTS qualification are mandatory.
  • NEBOSH certification is desirable.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, plus bonus scheme, enhanced holiday entitlement, contributory pension scheme, and access to industry-leading rewards, incentives, and benefits.
