About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at L&C Mortgages. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering effective marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement content strategies to engage and inform customers, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
  • Champion the growth and support of our social media channels and communities, regularly measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to establish L&C Mortgages as a leading brand in the mortgage industry, delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time.
  • Execute marketing strategies, planning regular marketing deliverables and product launches, feeding brand and campaign messaging into our online presence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content that engages and informs customers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience with creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is desirable but not essential.
