Walker Cole International Ltd is seeking an experienced Scientist to join its pioneering Gene therapy business in London.
As a Scientist, you will be part of the vector development department, responsible for executing vector platform innovation to ensure the business stays at the forefront of Gene Therapy Research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee vector production to support pre-clinical studies
- Lead vector engineering projects, including vector design, optimisation, and development
- Execute analytical testing and assay optimisation to support in vitro/in vivo projects
- Mentor junior scientists
Requirements:
- PhD or equivalent experience in industry
- Deep knowledge of viral vector development and engineering
- Strong molecular biology experience (PCR, DNA prep, WES)
