Key Responsibilities

As a Lettings Property Lister, your primary focus will be on winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market. You'll be responsible for ensuring every customer is greeted with a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner, building rapport and driving business growth.

Requirements
  • Estate Agency Experience: A background in estate agency, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent looking for progression.
  • Business Development Skills: Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent Customer Service: Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
