Office Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Maidenhead. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the general administration of the office, including health and safety, records management, and facilities maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and stock levels.
  • Deal with third-party vendors, including cleaning, security, and maintenance providers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including payroll, web filing, and annual confirmations at Companies House.
  • Administer the Group Pension and Share schemes for all UK employees.
  • Coordinate domestic travel for UK visitors, including flight, hotel, visa applications, and car rental reservations.
Requirements:
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and manage own time effectively.
  • Flexible and hardworking, with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Excellent IT skills, with high proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
  • Full clean driving license is desirable.
