About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Health and Wellbeing Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing specialist advice and support to employees and managers across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and line management to junior team members
  • Receive, interpret, and manage complex health information from employees, managers, and HR
  • Communicate health information to non-clinical employees in a clear and understandable way
  • Provide structured education and training to promote the benefits of the EHW service
  • Support the development and management of key Trust initiatives relating to fitness for work
