About the Position:

Vision for Education in Swansea is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working within a secondary school and develop your skills in education.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading lessons in the absence of the class teacher, covering a range of subjects. You will need to facilitate learning, manage classroom behavior, record accurate registers, and provide a handover to the absent teacher.

This role requires adaptability, flexibility, motivation, confidence, and organization. Successful candidates will have a passion for education and supporting young people.

The salary for this position is £100 per day, offering a competitive rate for a rewarding role that makes a positive impact on students' lives.

Job Summary:

  • Lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Desirable: previous experience in education or a related field
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
