Starbucks Shift Supervisor Role

Location: Batley, WF17 6JD

Hours: Part-Time / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.25

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate a team in our welcoming Starbucks Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring smooth operations, promoting sales, and increasing profitability. You will also be involved in making beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and experience
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Participate in making beverages and serving customers
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience or experience in hospitality/retail
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
