Starbucks Store Manager Job Description

Role: Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer service and sales results in a fast-paced Starbucks store environment.

Location: Batley, WF17 6JD (Note: This is a food establishment, so there may be potential exposure to allergens in the workplace.)

Hours: Full-Time / Permanent

Salary: Up to £29,500 (Depending on experience)

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Starbucks Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our Batley store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, motivating your team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and shift leaders to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, labor controls, and waste reduction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase profitability.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and presentation.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to improve their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous store management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
