You will work closely with our team to develop and implement programs that promote socialization, teamwork, and personal growth among young people.

The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. In return for your hard work, we offer a range of benefits, including references and potential work experience opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tuition Sessions: Assist in the delivery of engaging and informative tuition sessions that cater to the diverse needs and interests of young people.
  • Youth Group Sessions: Support the facilitation of dynamic and interactive youth group sessions that promote socialization, teamwork, and personal growth.
  • Community Day Volunteers: Contribute to the planning and execution of Community Day events, ensuring their success and impact.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, youth work, or a related discipline)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Possession of a valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
