Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team for a specialist project in Plymouth. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project by overseeing the construction process, managing site operations, and maintaining the highest health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Setting Out and Surveying: Utilize GPS and Robotic Total Stations to establish accurate site boundaries and ensure precise construction.
  2. Quality Control: Collaborate with the site team to ensure that all work meets the design specifications and industry standards.
  3. Permit Management: Assist in producing permits to break ground, including CAT Scanning management, to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process.
  4. Health, Safety, and Environment: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to client and company requirements, and ensuring that all site activities are conducted in accordance with relevant regulations.
  5. Material Management: Liaise with the site team to approve materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.
  6. Site Records and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of progress reports, site diaries, and resource allocations to facilitate effective project management.
  7. As-Built Drawings: Produce detailed as-built drawings in AutoCAD to document the project's progress and ensure a smooth handover to the client.
