Early Years Programme Coordinator

At Ultimate Activity, we're seeking an exceptional Early Years Leader to join our team and deliver an unforgettable experience for our young campers.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Early Years professional to lead our Early Years programme on camp. As an Early Years Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a fun and engaging programme that meets the needs of our 4- and 5-year-old campers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a high-quality Early Years programme that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sports, arts, and crafts activities that cater to the needs and abilities of our young campers.
- Lead and support a team of Early Years staff to ensure the provision of high-quality childcare at all times.
- Ensure the welfare and safety of our campers, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates and feedback on their child's progress.
- Manage administrative tasks, including sign-in/out, registration, and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Educated to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education, with significant experience working with 4- and 5-year-olds.
- Proven experience in delivering activities and programmes for young children, with a focus on participation, development, and enjoyment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- A passion for working with children and delivering high-quality childcare, with a commitment to ensuring the welfare and safety of our campers.
