About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planner to join our team at IDEX Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work closely with our Head of Financial Planning and contribute to the development of our existing Planner team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to support the growth and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored advice and solutions.
  2. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building on existing relationships and networks to drive growth and expansion.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Head of Financial Planning and other team members to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices, driving excellence in our services.

  • Proven experience in financial planning and wealth management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

At IDEX Consulting, we offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
