Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Expert

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Specialist to join our team at Mainstay Facilities Careers in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of commercial contracts, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and technical repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

The role offers a competitive salary of £40,500 with potential earnings up to £55,000 through on-call and overtime, as well as a company van and fuel card to cover travel across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out PPM and technical repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  • Respond to service call requests from the Helpdesk and conduct repairs efficiently.
  • Ensure all compliance and technical paperwork is completed accurately and kept up to date.
  • Diagnose faults and recommend solutions for non-repairable plant and machinery, advising the Line Manager on replacements.
  • Perform minor alterations and installations within your technical expertise.
