HVAC Supervisor

Job Overview: Global Highland Limited is seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Supervisor to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our Gas Central Heating Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing excellent customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians in the installation and maintenance of gas central heating systems, coordinating logistics, and implementing procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supervise a team of engineers and technicians in the installation and maintenance of gas central heating systems.
• Coordinate logistics and supplies to meet operational needs.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
• Liaise with other departments and external partners to achieve service excellence.

The salary for this role is approximately £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
