The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision and have a strong understanding of the Housing Act 1996 Part VII. The role is responsible for fulfilling the council's statutory function under s202 Housing Act 1996 Part VII, reviewing negative homelessness decisions and suitability of offers when requested by applicants/their representatives.
