Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our IT team as an Apprentice IT Helpdesk Support Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to users across 18 UK sites, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st/2nd line technical support to users
  • Maintain and review the call-log database
  • Utilize agency and third-party resources
  • Execute administration tasks
  • Data and asset management
  • Support of company ERP system

Requirements:

  • Active Directory knowledge
  • Microsoft Office 2007-2016
  • Knowledge of WANS, LANS, and WI-FI
  • IP telephone systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
