About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caseworker to join our team in Coventry. As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals affected by crime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, delivering high-quality support services via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Assess client needs and risks, developing and implementing effective safety and support plans.
  • Provide resources, interventions, and information to support clients in building healthy coping mechanisms and accessing practical assistance.
  • Identify and address safeguarding concerns, working collaboratively with key partners to ensure client well-being.
  • Utilize a bespoke case management system to maintain accurate and confidential records, contributing to monitoring information and outcome collection.
  • Deliver awareness-raising sessions on the impact of crime to partner agencies and community groups, participating in community events.
Requirements
  • Understanding of the impact of crime on individuals and communities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering services in a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting.
  • Ability to balance competing needs and priorities, working independently and as part of a team.
