Overview

We are seeking an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join our team at The Stephen James Partnership in Edinburgh, Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and team-orientated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients in the property sector.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the property buying and selling process, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, housebuilders and agents, maintaining regular contact and keeping them informed of progress.
  • Draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals, prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently.
Profile
  • At least 6 months' experience in residential conveyancing, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
Salary Information

The annual salary for this role is estimated to be within the range of £30,000 to £40,000, dependent on experience.
