CareTech Community Services is a leading provider of specialist mental health services across the UK. We are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team in Walsall and contribute to delivering exceptional care to our service users.

About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with colleagues to provide person-centred support and guidance to adults with mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users and their families
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to review and update care plans
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a caring environment, including hoist use
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
