Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Graphics Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our graphics team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying shaders and materials, working closely with artists to bring their vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with artists to understand and realize the artistic vision by developing and deploying shaders and materials.
  2. Work closely with cross-discipline teams to communicate and implement cutting-edge graphics techniques, ensuring visual effects are optimized without sacrificing quality.
  3. Conduct high-level performance captures and direct optimization efforts across multiple disciplines, including making algorithmic changes to enhance GPU performance.
  4. Design and implement high-performance ray tracing features across platforms.
  5. Mentor junior team members to help build their technical expertise.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent C/C++ programming skills.
  2. Outstanding mathematics and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Deep understanding of graphics techniques and GPU features.
  4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  5. A passion for games and cutting-edge game technology.
