Detailed Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced ROTATIONAL THERAPIST to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding care.
Main Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualized interventions for patients.
- Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- A strong foundation in occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A salary range of £29,970 to £36,483 per annum.
- A 37.5-hour full-time contract with flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend shifts.
