Senior Social Media Marketing Manager

Pursuit Resources Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Executive to join our premium food brand marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities- Community Engagement: Foster positive interactions with our social media community, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and effectively liaise with the consumer care team when necessary.
- Social Media Management: Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers, ensuring interactions align with our brand's prestige.
- Content Creation: Develop, create, and manage high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for various social media platforms, reflecting our brand's luxury image.
- Content Calendar Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of a social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overall luxury marketing objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the Global Social Media Manager.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest innovative ways to improve our social media presence.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
- Experience in social media marketing for a business or a related role, preferably within the luxury food sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury food and lifestyle, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Experience in cooking/food preparation.
