Senior Social Media Executive
About the Role
Pursuit Resources Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Executive to join our premium food brand marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Global Social Media Manager to execute social media strategy, create and organize aspirational content, and manage social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement
- Proactively engage with our social media community, fostering positive interactions and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Effectively liaise with the consumer care team when a complaint or enquiry comes through the social channels.
- Social Media Management
- Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Ensure interactions are in line with the brand's prestige.
- Content Creation
- Develop, create, and manage high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Reflect the brand's luxury image through creative and compelling content.
- Content Calendar Management
- Assist in planning and executing a content calendar that aligns with the brand's social media strategy.
- Ensure timely and consistent posting across all social media channels.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on community engagement and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
