What We OfferAs a Self-Employed Shared Lives Carer, you will be responsible for providing support to an adult on either a Live-In or Short-Break basis. You will work closely with our team to develop a personalized support plan that meets the individual's needs and preferences.
You will receive ongoing training and support from our experienced team, as well as access to resources and guidance to help you succeed in this role. In return, we ask that you commit to working with us to deliver high-quality support that makes a real difference in people's lives.
