Job Opportunity: Registered Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a care home in the Cromer, Norfolk area. This role offers a chance to work with a leading healthcare provider, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to create their own home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the care home, including policies, procedures, finance, and administration.
  • Direct work with service users and their families to assess risks, strengths, and viability of living in the community.
  • Write residential core assessments, pathway plans, and other reports as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and databases.
Requirements:
  • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of CQC and current legislations.
  • Clear enhanced DBS Record.
  • Experience of Social Services and Local Authorities.
