Senior Care Home Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Manager to lead an outstanding care home in the Norfolk area, working for a leading healthcare provider.
This exceptional service provides individuals with learning disabilities and autism the chance to create their own home, promoting independence and well-being.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Holding an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care is mandatory for this role.
As the Registered Manager, key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing support plans
- Creating residential core assessments, pathway plans, and reports for professionals
- Direct work with service users and their families to assess risks, strengths, and community viability
- Day-to-day management of the service, policies, procedures, finance, and administration
- Managing budgets and maintaining up-to-date records and databases
**Desirable Skills and Experience:**
- A clear enhanced DBS Record
- Experience in Social Services and Local Authorities
- Sound knowledge of CQC and current legislations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
