Physiotherapist Role

Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Spire Hartswood Hospital. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing physiotherapy intervention to patients referred into the department, prioritizing physiotherapy referrals to implement effective and timely caseload management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide physiotherapy treatment to patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs.
  • Formulate, deliver, review, and progress individual treatment programmes to ensure effective treatment and timely discharge.
  • Engage with Consultants and other referrers to maximize the number of referrals and grow your practice.
  • Ensure compliance with all professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.
  • Provide and receive patient information in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Spire Policies.

Requirements:

  • Degree (BSc Hons Physiotherapy) or equivalent.
  • HPC Registered.
  • Professional assessor.
  • Evidence of substantial CPD in management and other clinically related and relevant subjects.
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Previous experience as a physiotherapist.
  • Able to analyze physiotherapy management problems and identify viable solutions.
  • Competent across a range of physiotherapy, management, and leadership skills supported by skilled professional knowledge.
