About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Analyst/Specialist to join our team at Ferrari Group. As a key member of our Sustainability Department, you will play a crucial role in developing environmental reports and supporting international projects related to Sustainability services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement environmental reports and strategies to boost business growth at a global and regional level.
  • Support the ESG team in providing the latest information on competition, market trends, size, and future growth.
  • Collaborate with the ESG Manager to craft strategies and plans to enhance the company's Sustainability services.
  • Conduct market analysis and reports to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support the annual sustainability reporting process and ESG disclosures activities.
  • Operate as an analyst role, supporting projects assigned to Sustainability, in alignment with the ESG team.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in STEM subjects or Management and Economics with a focus on Sustainability.
  • Experience in ESG Reporting, preferably in consultancy contexts or corporate ESG departments.
  • Strong background and enthusiasm for ESG topics.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and ability to develop ISO compliance plans.
  • Knowledge of main ESG reporting criteria (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, SEC, IFRS S1, and IFRS S2).
  • Familiarity with benchmarks (e.g., CDP, CHRB, TFP, FTI, ESG rating).
  • Purpose-driven, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, motivated, self-starter, team player.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proven record of mastering MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to tailor communication for different audiences.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; third language is a plus.
